Stations of the Cross is an interactive experience with 14 “stations” that people move through at their own pace. Each station connects us with Jesus’ journey to the cross on that first Good Friday. To make space for everyone, we do need you to register for a time slot for yourself or your family.
Join us at sunrise for a beautiful outdoor service celebrating the resurrection of Jesus. We will gather in the church backyard around the firepit for worship and reflection. Afterward, we will serve Easter Donuts inside the building.
Come and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday. We will have two main services on Sunday morning: 8:45 and 10:30a. Easter is a great Sunday to bring a friend along. Vineyard Kids will be available for children in Grade 5 and younger.
One of the primary ways that we fund our Children’s Ministry at River Heights each year is through a Minnesota Twins game fundraiser. It’s been a wonderful community building event and has been great fun for families and friends.

Putty says that, "meeting the Holy Spirit changed my life and kicked me off on the wonderful adventure that I continue on to this day". He is coming to River Heights Vineyard for a weekend conference to help empower us for our own Holy Spirit adventure.
The conference includes a session on Friday afternoon for pastors and leaders.

RHV Women! You are invited to a movie night on Saturday, March 22, 4:00-7:00p. We will be watching (and singing along to) The Greatest Showman. We will meet at River Heights in the Youth Room next to the kitchen. There is no childcare for this event.

We will learn about the Vineyard 5-step prayer model, (a great tool for making prayer ministry approachable for everyone), and we'll practice praying for one another! This training is open to anyone, regardless of experience with prayer, and those who are interested in serving as Prayer Ministers on Sundays or at our upcoming Empowered conference are especially invited to attend.

CONNECT, BELONG, AND GROW class are the pathway to membership. You may take these classes in any order. They are half teaching and half discussion. Childcare is also available. Join us for an evening of music and storytelling as Rena Carlson Rasmussen, Justine Peters, and Justin Horton share original songs from their year-long songwriting journey. Throughout 2024, they embraced the challenge of writing a song each week, inspired by shared prompts. Now, they invite you to experience some of the music, along with the stories, creativity, and process that brought it to life.
We will gather at 6:00p in the Fireside Lounge at River Heights Vineyard Church.

EF Foundation is a two day online experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts.
GriefShare is a 13-week video seminar featuring some of the nation’s foremost experts on grief recovery topics. Each seminar is combined with a small group discussion time to allow group participants to talk about the content of the seminar and about how they are dealing with the death of their loved one.

Through a new partnership between the Vineyard and Seminary Now, RHV has access to 90+ free online seminary courses.
These will be easier than you'd think, and anyone at RHV could benefit from this. The instructors include some world class people that I have admired for a long time (Ruth Haley Barton, Dominique Gilliard, Soong-Chan Rah, and Esau McCaulley, among others). There is one optional quiz per course, and no assigned writing. Courses can optionally be taken for credit for a fee, and with more homework.
We would like to start a learning community of RHV learners. We'll take courses together (at a slow pace), and meet to discuss them with each other. We'll choose courses by nominating and voting on them as a group.
We'll have an interest meeting on Sunday, December 8, after second service. We'll serve pizza. I hope you will come!
